Little did she know, Lukas had something else in mind for what seemed like a normal trip to Lake Tahoe, so Brianna & Lukas’ Shark Fin Cove Engagement Session happened simply because Lukas would let nothing stand in his way, not even his soon-to-be fiancé (at the time). And boy are we thankful that he didn’t give up because this Shark Fin Cove Engagement Session was a DREAM.
It was a weekend trip to Tahoe like any other. Brianna & Lukas LOVE Lake Tahoe, and they would often go on hikes when Brianna wasn’t training for a fight as a professional UFC fighter and Lukas wasn’t working countless hours in San Francisco. Lake Tahoe is their refuge, so naturally it would be the place Lukas would propose to his best friend.
He had it all planned out, but much to his surprise, not all of the snow had melted and Brianna was less than excited about a hike that day. On the outside, he was a sweet, encouraging and gentle boyfriend, but on the inside, he was a determined, not taking no for an answer almost fiancé! His perseverance led to the biggest YES, and it was all we could talk about at their Shark Fin Cove Engagement Session.
Brianna & Lukas: wow, what to even say about you guys! We just adore you two. It truly is an honor to get to be your professional best friends, cheering you on as you prepare for MARRIAGE (what) which is crazy, because I still remember being a kid with the Fortino boys. We are so blessed by you two, and thankful that you chose us for your Santa Cruz Hollins House wedding next year!
