You could hear the soft pitter patter of rain drops landing on the tiled roof. And the sweet little bark of the family dog wishing to be a part of it all. Walking into the Lim Family’s home to be their Fresno Newborn Photographer was everything that inspires me. And getting comfortable and close with them on a cozy rainy day made it all come to life.

The best part of the whole day? Yes, this sweet newborn baby Emmelyn was just the best. But I loved even more seeing her older brother, Jayce, really lean into his new role. He loved getting to give her kisses. And tickle her itty bitty toes. He was sure to make sure mama was safe too. And seeing all four of them cuddle close together and be present for this moment was everything I could have asked for.
