Twinkle lights. Towering redwoods. And the fantasy gardens of your fairytale dreams. Down to the scroll Ethan wrote his vows on. This Nestldown wedding was straight out of a fairytale in every way. It was especially evident during Laura + Ethan’s ceremony against the redwoods at Nestldown. And we even shed tears!

Laura + Ethan love the fall. So it was an obvious choice for their inspiration for their Nestldown wedding. Not only did the property come through with some beautiful fall colors… But this couple designed the perfect fall themed details and decor to celebrate. Not to mention their festive socks for the holiday weekend!

We first got to visit Nestldown weddings earlier this year when Laura + Ethan invited us there for their engagement photos. Back in their UC Davis days, a mutual friend strategically arranged for these two to meet. And even though Ethan’s first impression was in casual clothes while Laura was dressed to the nines… He eventually won her over! You honestly have to hear how Ethan proposed to Laura. Laura + Ethan: if we could sum this day up in one word, it would be blessings. We have been so blessed to walk this wedding planning process with you two. And to experience your love story along with you had been so amazing! This day was beautiful in every way. And thank goodness the earth held off on the rain for you! We love you both with our whole hearts. And we cannot wait to see where life takes you both!

It has been our dream ever since Ashley Greene’s Nestldown wedding to photograph such a beautiful location and a beautiful couple. Laura + Ethan fell in love with Nestldown’s fairytale backdrops for their fall wedding in the redwoods. And the team at Nestldown is to die for! Our bride wore a beautiful wedding gown from Touch of Class Bridal. And their amazing wedding ring sets were from Zales. Our groom wore a dapper suit from Vito’s Tuxedo.
Wedding catering was provided by Wild Tastes Catering. And the sweetest wedding cake was designed by Cake Expressions. Thanks to Bacchus Bar Services, guests had an amazing bartender service. And of course the party wouldn’t be complete without Los Gatos DJ as our couple’s wedding DJ. Angela Sue Photography provided Wedding Photography for this sweet couple.
