She was originally supposed to return to Rhode Island. Before Elaine met Noah, she was only staying in Santa Cruz for a couple months. Until one day Noah happened to be in the lobby of the church he worked at when Elaine walked in. And she ended up staying indefinitely. We talked all about it at their Santa Cruz Engagement Photos!
When we first started talking about where to take Noah + Elaine’s Santa Cruz Engagement Photos, they told us right away they definitely wanted trees. So we secured a permit to photograph them at Henry Cowell State Park. There, we talked about how their first encounter eventually led to a first date… and Elaine didn’t even realize she had asked Noah out on a date!
We couldn’t pass up an opportunity for some colorful and playful Santa Cruz Engagement Photos at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk! These two LOVE this place. The first thing they wanted to do was get some ice cream. And after that, we wandered around while Noah told us how he proposed. After flying to Rhode Island to ask Elaine’s family’s blessing to propose, Noah planned an intimate surprise for the two of them. And it was absolutely perfect because she said yes!
Noah + Elaine: you know how incredibly special you both are to us. And to get to walk alongside you in this season of engagement and wedding planning is a privilege. Remember that this is about marriage, and we know you two are heading into it with such a wonderful foundation. And we are cheering you on every step of the way. Can’t wait for your Carmel Fields Wedgewood Wedding this fall!
Love,
A&M
After many attempts to convince our couples to consider the boardwalk for Santa Cruz engagement photos, these two said yes! We are absolutely in love with all of these Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk engagement photos. And the Henry Cowell State Park engagement photos, too! We worked with Santa Cruz District of State Parks and the California Film Commission to secure a permit to legally photograph these two lovebirds in the park. Noah + Elaine are tying the knot this fall at Carmel Fields by Wedgewood. We cannot wait for their Carmel Wedding in October! And we love being a Carmel wedding photographer because it’s one of the most beautiful beach towns in California. It’s even a great place for Carmel engagement photos like Jenessa + Ryan’s Carmel Highlands Engagement Photos in Garrapata State Park. Planning a Carmel wedding in 2021, 2022 or 2023? We still have open dates! Contact us to see if we have your date available.
