Around here, people love Taco Tuesday at Rosy’s At The Beach. That’s where Macie worked. And Jordan, too, in fact. They were both 18 and working at a local hot spot when they met. And that same little restaurant in their hometown became home to all their big life moments. We got to hear all about it at their San Jose Engagement Photos at Coyote Creek!

It wasn’t even just where they met. Rosy’s was also where Jordan planned the perfect surprise proposal. And Macie is pretty hard to surprise! After much deliberation, Jordan was in cahoots with Macie’s brother and they lured her out to Rosy’s. Macie told us at their San Jose Engagement Photos that she thought Jordan was out of state. And when he came out and proposed, she was completely shocked!

After planning for two years. And through dental school. All while living long distance. Macie + Jordan are finally tying the knot at Leál Vineyards next week. And all of us who’ve been walking alongside them during their engagement could not be more proud! We talked all about their journey at their San Jose engagement photos.
