It was nearly 10 years ago. The summer before I left for college. I was serving at my church in kids’ ministry. And we had just brought in a family from the East Coast to take over. When AJ’s family moved to my hometown, he was probably 8-years-old. And now that’s he’s 18 and graduating, we got to take his Santa Cruz Senior Photos!

Since AJ and his family have been here, our families have become close friends. And His dad even officiated Michael’s and my wedding last December! We got to learn so much about all of AJ’s accomplishments at his Santa Cruz Senior Photos. Like serving in ASB, playing water polo at San Benito High School, working multiple jobs… And now he’s headed to Chapman University in the fall!
