The first time we ever photographed a bride and groom at Villa Montalvo, we were completely in love. We are ALWAYS game for delicious Mexican food. But when this local Mexican restaurant also has the most perfect backyard garden venue for weddings, girl it’s on! Not only are Jardines weddings stunning, but they also support local small businesses and communities. This Bay Area Wedding Venue is a short drive from Hacienda de Leal, which is a great place to get ready with your bridal party and stay for your wedding night. This was actually going to be our Bay Area wedding venue until the pandemic forced us to change our plans. Clos La Chance weddings are a dream of ours. Everything about this venue is absolutely perfect for your wedding photos. With a grand bridal suite as big as a 2 bedroom apartment and a groom’s room fit for any Game of Thrones fan, Clos La Chance even has that covered. Like many COVID brides (including us), there is a trend we’re seeing of couples booking luxurious and grand Airbnbs instead of established Bay Area wedding venues. Villa Riposo is one of those Airbnbs and it’s tucked away in the rolling hills of Morgan Hill, California. This property not only boasts a stunning villa with poolside suites for all of your most important guests, but it also has it’s own vineyards, pool house and fairytale-like archway for outdoor receptions.
