In the presence of just five people, including us, these two officially became Mr. and Mrs. And we felt so honored to be present for such a beautiful occasion!

When Jenessa & Ryan told us they had to change their Oregon elopement plans due to the fires this summer, we knew exactly where to send them. Our amazing friends at Villa Montalvo worked quickly with our sweet couple to secure the venue for their California Elopement. Even with 5 people present, this Villa Montalvo Wedding was incredibly special and fun!

We met Jenessa almost two years ago at a fun bridal expo (remember when in-person events used to happen?) before she was engaged! She kept our information in her back pocket and as soon as Ryan proposed, she emailed us immediately. After our double date slash consultation, we all knew it was the perfect fit right away! You have to see their Carmel engagement photos from earlier this year. Even during a pandemic and foggy weather, these two lit up the world around them. And we loved it so much!

CALIFORNIA ELOPEMENT
Nothing brings us more joy than photographing our couples on their best days! Jenessa & Ryan’s California elopement at Villa Montalvo was beautiful. With a gorgeous, romantic bridal hairstyle by Vanessa Yelavich and flawless bridal makeup by makeup artist Making Pretty Memories, Jenessa was all glammed up for her groom. She wore a Stella York ball gown with the sweetest cap straps that she purchased from our favorite bridal salon, Elegant Lace Bridal in San Jose, California.
Our groom wore a dapper suit from Michael Kors. Wedding day florals were so bright and colorful, and were designed by Livermore Valley Florist. Elopement photography was provided by yours truly, Angela Sue Photography.
