Everything about Brenna & Nathan’s Santa Clara Wedding was beautiful. That is without question. But it wasn’t just the elegant florals or the stunning venues or the perfect wedding dress. And it wasn’t just the sweet “first touch” or the delicious catering and cake. No, it was the simple fact that just about every single vendor was someone special to our couple. The entire wedding was pulled off by Brenna & Nathan’s close knit community.
That just brings us to tears! In the midst of a pandemic and quite literally the hottest day of the year, Brenna & Nathan’s love story turned a new chapter with the love and support from their incredible circle of family and friends at their Santa Clara Wedding. We were so moved!
Even though we are Santa Clara wedding photographers who specialize in natural light, this church wedding is quite literally one of our FAVORITE venues of all time. Give us all the white walls, big beautiful windows, grand staircases and chandeliers and resort-like architecture! Brenna & Nathan tied the knot at their home church, the same place where they met as college students not too long ago. Nathan’s family flew in from the East Coast just to be here—safe and sound, too. Everyone was so excited to see these two become husband and wife!
Brenna & Nathan: in the short amount of time that we spent with you, we were absolutely head over heels for you two. From our consultation to our last minute engagement session to your stunning Santa Clara wedding at your beautiful church… all of it was an absolute joy. We cannot wait to see where life takes you! We are praying for your marriage and your journey together! Thank you for allowing us to capture this important and beautiful day!
Love,
A&M
One of the most exciting parts for us as photographers about this Santa Clara Wedding? Getting to photograph Brenna & Nathan’s wedding photos at Montalvo Arts Center, their first photos as husband and wife. Someone PLEASE invite us to photograph their Montalvo Arts Center wedding! Brenna’s sweet friend Naomi Lewis made sure the day went smoothly as her Bay Area wedding coordinator. With stunning florals by Kristin Castillo and the most perfect wedding dress by Oleg Cassini from David’s Bridal, Brenna was quite the beautiful bride! And we are suckers for wedding dresses with sleeves. Nathan proposed to Brenna with a lovely diamond engagement ring from Raleigh Diamond, and he looked dapper and handsome in his wedding suit from JC Penney. Janelle Burcham, a past Angela Sue Photography client, created the perfect wedding day bridal hair and makeup look for Brenna. She was just extra extra beautiful!
And of course, Bay Area Wedding Photography was provided by yours truly, Angela Sue Photography—Michael and Angela, the sweetheart team that believes in love. Unconditional and relentless love.
