Genesis had been keeping it together all day. After nearly a day of not seeing her soon-to-be husband… the moment had arrived. And as she descended the staircase to the courtyard it hit her. Their winery wedding was finally happening. And Michael was just a few steps away from her. Her hands trembled and tears began to form as she approached him. And the moment she tapped his shoulder and he turned around… it was magic for all of us!

From the custom vow books to the hand printed and painted groomsmen gifts to the surprise performances during the reception. Everything about this winery wedding was truly personal to this couple! And we loved getting to see just how loved these two are by their people. It is always a treat, too, to get to see couples celebrate their heritage and culture at their wedding. A friend of the bride’s treated this couple to a stunning traditional Mexican dance performance. And it was so cool!

This love story starts out like a fairy tale. Once upon a time and everything! And we loved getting to hear about it when we did their Lovers Point Engagement Photos earlier this year. Michael conceived this secret plan to surprise Genesis on the trip of a lifetime. She low-key knew something was up but when it hadn’t happened by the end of their trip she just let it go. If you know us at all, you know we love a good Clos La Chance Winery Wedding. Because it’s literally the best Bay Area wedding venue! And they provide catering through their in-house partner. Kaden James Events provided top notch wedding coordinator services. And we were privileged to share the media team with Interstellar Films. So much fun!
One of our favorite wedding florists, Wildrose & Thyme, designed gorgeous wedding florals for this lovely couple. And Design Her Image made sure that everyone had the best wedding hair and wedding makeup. Natasha’s Treats served very tasty treats for wedding desserts. Our bride found her perfect Casablanca Bridal gown at Wine Country Bride Boutique. Isn’t it so pretty!? And both of our newlyweds got their beautiful wedding rings from Brilliant Earth. These two invited their guests to their big day with beautiful invite suites from Zazzle. And the party was rocking thanks to NorCal Pro Sound!
