49 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!
Guys, this is literally my favorite season of the year. The street I grew up on is lined with trees that are chameleons of orange and red. The mornings are crisp, lightly lined with ominous fog while the afternoons reach a high of 75. Beanies, sweaters and warm boots are part of my daily routine now, and the temptation to buy all the decorations at Hobby Lobby is just too hard to resist! Can I get an amen?
I am just counting down the days until I can come home, put up my Christmas Tree with my parents and start winding down the year cozied up with my sweet man, The Santa Clause (best Christmas movie ever) and the last few portrait sessions. Like today’s gorgeous couple! Stefanie and Fermin haven’t been in front of my camera for two years. We all felt like it had just been too long, so as soon as we could, we booked this stunning Tres Pinos portrait session.
Now, I love my Morgan Hill, but these two cuties are celebrating so much so I wanted to be adventurous. With the ocean 45 minutes to the west, mountains just a couple hours to the east, the City a short drive north and national parks to the south and right here in my backyard, it was hard to choose the best spot. Tres Pinos—population 500—is a tiny little town along historic highway 25 on the way to Pinnacles National Park. This little town is old school western—tumbleweeds, saloons and ranches for miles. We even made friends with a super friendly horse who may have wanted to steal the show.
Check out some of my favorites from Stefanie and Fermin’s Tres Pinos portrait session and let me know what you think in the comments below!
Love,
Angela
