It didn’t take long for Stefanie and I to become best friends. The moment she and Jeremy arrived for their San Jose Municipal Rose Garden Engagement Session, I was over the top excited! They showed up dressed for Vogue (which is a weird word, don’t you think?) and came prepared with two stunning and sexy outfits that made for some really fun and unique engagement photos.
Stefanie first contacted me after discovering me on Instagram, which made me feel so honored and wanted! She said all kinds of wonderful things about me and was so excited to have me photograph her wedding, she just couldn’t wait to get started. And thus started our best friendship ❤️
We were brainstorming ideas on where to do this engagement session, which, by the way, was almost 10 years in the making. You’ll hear more about that when their wedding hits the Angela Sue blog! I offered some usual great spots I like to bring couples for engagement sessions, but Stefanie stepped it up with an incredible idea—the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden.
Guys, I kid you not. This might be one of my favorite engagement sessions ever! And it’s the only one I’ve shot in the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden, so this beautiful young couple is the only AS Couple to have their photos in the rose garden. EXCLUSIVE!!! EEEK!
All of my wedding packages come with a complimentary engagement session! How fun, right!? That’s a whole two hours, two locations (if you want), two outfits and a complete high resolution gallery of beautiful, one-of-a-kind images of you and your fiancé! Engagement sessions are my favorite thing to photograph and it’s an excellent way for us to get to know each other, get comfortable around the camera and get excited about your wedding! Stefanie and Jeremy were total sweethearts, and we had a blast when their wedding finally came around this past June. Just wait till you see those photos!
