It didn’t take long for Stefanie and I to become best friends. The moment she and Jeremy arrived for their San Jose Municipal Rose Garden Engagement Session, I was over the top excited! They showed up dressed for Vogue (which is a weird word, don’t you think?) and came prepared with two stunning and sexy outfits that made for some really fun and unique engagement photos.

Stefanie first contacted me after discovering me on Instagram, which made me feel so honored and wanted! She said all kinds of wonderful things about me and was so excited to have me photograph her wedding, she just couldn’t wait to get started. And thus started our best friendship ❤️

We were brainstorming ideas on where to do this engagement session, which, by the way, was almost 10 years in the making. You’ll hear more about that when their wedding hits the Angela Sue blog! I offered some usual great spots I like to bring couples for engagement sessions, but Stefanie stepped it up with an incredible idea—the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden.

WHAAAT.

Guys, I kid you not. This might be one of my favorite engagement sessions ever! And it’s the only one I’ve shot in the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden, so this beautiful young couple is the only AS Couple to have their photos in the rose garden. EXCLUSIVE!!! EEEK!
