…..and she was Yoshihara no more.
As a baseball player when you think “home stretch,” it’s usually someone turning the corner around third base and dashing toward home plate. On June 1st, 2019 at this San Juan Bautista Wedding it was no longer about bases, no, the “home stretch” was from the top of the aisle to the altar.
After a beautiful play at the plate, with a couple of I Do’s, (After some hilarious bloopers! You’ll see pics of it down below!) Alexis slid in safely and scored herself a new husband!
Now the setting for this highlight reel of a San Juan Bautista Wedding was the gorgeous Hacienda De Leal by Leal Vineyards, and guys, it was amazing! This place was a perfect venue to put the rustic in rustic chic wedding. It had that ranch feel that perfectly brought that vibe to the affair, with desert flowers, cacti, and a gorgeous barn to boot!
Family, friends, and just so, so much love. What more could you ask for? Alexis and Dave had that tenfold, and it showed. From the ever so special first look, to the bride’s brother Brett’s touching words during the ceremony (He had everyone tearing up!), and the speeches at the reception full of stories and memories that show just how much everyone cares for each other, there’s no doubt that love is something that this wedding was not in short supply of!
Alexis & Dave, it was such a privilege for us to capture you on your special day. You guys have a deep bond, and a lifetime for it to keep blossoming. We had so much fun with you, your friends, and your families. Thank you again for allowing us to be a part of your day. We wish you guys all the happiness in the world, and for your marriage to get stronger and stronger as the years go on. We love you guys!
Love, A&M
Hacienda de Leal is probably one of my favorite boutique hotels in the South Bay. The beautiful blue doors and the peaceful, romantic patio is the perfect setting for a Bay Area wedding. Pair it with the perfect private family estate for your reception and you’ve got a beautiful Bay Area wedding. It’s even a great place for getting ready! Check out Joe & Shayna’s Jardine’s San Juan Bautista Garden Wedding to see what we’re talking about! Interested in having us photograph your Hacienda de Leal wedding? Let’s talk!
Alexis & Dave’s Hacienda de Leal & Mission Farm Wedding was coordinated by experienced wedding coordinator and wedding planner Kendra Worthington, and it was a total blast. Alexis wore the most gorgeous gown from Casablanca. Dave wore a red carpet worthy wedding tuxedo from Tommy Hilfiger. Hair was provided by Danielle Reyna and makeup was provided by JoJo Rivera. The beautiful lavender blooms and florals were designed by The Flower Divas. Amazing wedding catering barbecue food was prepared and served by Kleinfeldt Family BBQ (and we definitely took some of their chili home and had leftovers for a week). They were just the sweetest! And the party lasted till late into the night because of one of our faves, Mario Tavares.
